Asrianti Seniré Adasia Capella, better known as Asha Capella, (Born November 20, 1992) is a Curaçaoan, Rotterdam based chef and author who specializes in plantbased culinary art.
As of young, Asrianti could always be found in the kitchen, watching and learning from her grandmothers. Fascinated by foods, she started cooking and plating meals as beautiful as they tasted.
She found her passion to pursue creating culinary arts professionally when she discovered plantbased foods.
Ever since she has started two companies dedicated to developing plantbased culinary arts and aside of that she is developing multiple cooking books to cultivate her style of cooking.
